Design and roll out strong teacher support for FLN through continuous at school mentoring
Communications
Set up political salience to the mission and create a strong BCC oriented IEC program
Build FLN Materials and School Based Assessments
Drive the creation of coherent, structured pedagogy-based materials with integrated formative and summative assessments available in FLN grades and facilitate its use by teachers
Teacher Professional Development
Provide high quality FLN Teacher Professional Development (TPD) to teachers and measure impact on knowledge gain on FLN teacher competency
Monitoring system
Develop tech systems, train data collectors, increase compliance and data reliability and set up FLN reports-based decision making at district level around all key FLN delivery KPIs
